He came into this world when his parents thought it was too late and it is just the three of them \u2013 a fragile little family. Dag has recently returned after a year of military service. His parents notice a vague darkness has been cast upon him, but no-one talks about it. Things start to fall apart and Dag disappears more and more into himself.
